Mixing Rooms
USI Italia's paint mixing rooms provide a safe, controlled, and confined environment for all paint mixing processes.
Fresh, filtered air is drawn into the mixing room while harmful fumes are removed, ensuring an atmosphere free of substances potentially harmful to the operator and free of paint contaminants.

18 standard configurations
They are available in no less than 15 standard configurations and can be connected to the spray booth for direct entry (where permitted by local regulations, otherwise a vestibule will be required) ensuring that dirt and dust particles stay out of the paint.
Easily installed
USI ITALIA’s paint mixing rooms are made up of double-walled insulating panels and designed in a modular logic allowing the most varied shapes and sizes to be obtained.
Designed to integrate perfectly with USI Italia painting systems, they can easily be installed in any collision repair center or high productivity industrial context.
