HSW-200 Hot Staple Welder
The HSW-200 Hot Staple Welder is used for welding cracked or broken plastic parts. It comes with four different types of staples that can be positioned three different ways to fit various applications. It’s especially useful for repairing the many plastic parts on today’s vehicles.
Versatility
0° / 45° / 90°
The HSW-200 can be used with any outlet between 110v and 240v. Four different types of staples are available to fit the type of repair or shape of the plastic. Staples can be loaded in the gun at three different angles so that the target area can be reached and approached from the correct angle.
Z Style
The “Z-Style” staple is used for stiching cracks in the plastic and for reinforcing narrow surfaces.
W Style
‘The “W-Style” staple is used to reach over ridges such as joins in bumper plastic.
S Style
The “S-Style” staple is used for stiching cracks in the plastic and for reinforcing curved surfaces.
V Style
The “V-Style” staple is used to access tight interior corners.
